The Woodenspoon is a community group open to all South African consumers to discuss, investigate and clarify general Quality of Service, Consumer Protection, Service Provider Obligations, Acts and any other topic deemed to impact consumer relations. The aim is to get industry experts to comment and contribute in an effort to provide vital consumer information presented in Layman’s Terms that will empower the consumer and ideally effect positive change to the Quality of Service in South Africa.
The Woodenspoon Facebook Group is currently the basis for all discussions and comments. This Group provides the platform for consumers to share their experiences, ask questions and suggest article and website content. All consumers and industry experts are encouraged to join the group and contribute to content and discussions. Selected posts to the group will be published on this site.
